I’m writing to express disappointment with my recent interaction with Vijay Sales’ customer service, I called and spoke with Manish, who I found to be unhelpful and rude. I expect a higher level of professionalism and courtesy when seeking assistance. I hope you’ll address this issue and improve your customer service.
Worst after sales service experience I have ever had. Bought an AC for my home and they are not taking responsibility of their bad product and denied replacing it and now they are telling me they can replace the product within month . May be they are not aware of their rules and norms like what waranty means.
Pathetic Service from Vijay Sales. I was very fond of Vijay sales for a long time but recent experience left a sour taste. I purchased Voltas AC from them in March. Within two months, there was rotten smell coming from AC and that led to changing of coil. Now within 6 months of purchase, the Compressor is not working. I contacted the customer support and they assured they will replace the faulty AC. After two days of follow up, they said, they can’t change the faulty AC and compressor will be replaced only. Compressor and Coil are major components in AC and both of them are damaged within 6 months. In an assembly line, there is always a rate of 2-3% of bad product being produced and my AC is One of them. But they are not willing to replace the AC even after admitting that this is a bad product. I will never purchase from here and will not recommend anyone else purchasing it as well especially AC or big home appliances which costs huge chunk of money out of pocket.
Even pathetic or appalling words can’t describe my experience with them and their customer service.
