20 out of 10!!! Our loan officer Jake, went above and beyond to help us get this loan approved and funded. It was an atypical loan as we were inheriting the home and had to navigate through a few issues. We’ve had many home loans over the years but never one this difficult. It would’ve been easy to give up if it had not been for Jake’s help and encouragement. My family and I want to thank Jake Ferguson’s whole team, my realtor team Lu and Brad, from the bottom of our hearts. His team, helped our dream come true.
