1. I visited on a Sunday to upgrade my mother’s cell phone. The service received was good – the rep was able to go through the different options and get my mother’s new phone set up.

3. Kailyn was such a help to us. We had a lot of questions and a weird situation. She really took the time to help and explain everything to us. She helped us find ways to save money and also introduced us to the wifi that we love!! Definitely recommend her!

4. Wanted an upgrade and they got right to it. Love this store! John T. did a great job at answering all my questions and he’s very professional. He only works Tue. at this location so be sure to catch him! Wednesday people are great too I was just in there but I already forgot the names🥲 but I seriously recommend this location for all your Upgrade needs.

5. Got the new iPhone 14 Pro Max in today, couldn’t get it to sync with my old one so took it in for help. Katy, Nate and Stacy were extremely helpful and spent the hour and a half with me getting it working. Just wanted to give a shout out to them for all their help, these three associates are top notch!!! Again, thank y’all for your help!
