  1. From an employee stand point this is a horrible place, i worked there for TWO DAYS and got fired. If I could Iā€™d give them zero stars. they judged me on my character maybe my appearance. And lied as to why they fired me. ā€œHad bad experience with customersā€ when Iā€™m shadowing someone and donā€™t talk to customers barley at all? ā€œCutting cornersā€ when I donā€™t even know the system or really know how to do anything?
    Thanks for judging me and not giving me a chance AT ALL, nor giving me active criticism on telling me what I can to fix my mistakes if any were even made.
    If it wasnā€™t a ā€œright to work stateā€ Iā€™d sue for wrongful termination and defamation of character.

  2. Michael was the most continuous helpful young man and you need more people like him because he was very very good. I much prefer this store over the other Montgomery store as the people who work here are so helpful and have always been good to me.

  3. Edit: as they were great at getting me into a temporary phone, I am not happy with the service that came after the sale. They never told me about any activation fee (received 4 $30 activation fees on next bill) I was also told that my bill would be going down, it is going up. I was told that because my husband was getting the new pixel he would also get the watch for Free! Well that ā€œfreeā€ watch is costing me $10.23 a month. The watch line must be active for 36 months to get the FREE watch. So basically they screwed me over, got 4 sales and when I go to the store now to I inquire Iā€™m treated as I was told all of this. nope! This is sadā€¦ I even heard another guy telling a customer that standing at his desk while he was attempting to help me understand my bill, that she wouldnā€™t have a activation because they arenā€™t Verizon! Well why did I get 4 $30 charges for an activation charge?? This is ridiculous. Also, I have not been helped by Josh and when Michael saw me come in he went to the back and was reluctant to help me. Just sadā€¦ I thought this was a fantastic store.

    Michael and Josh were my knight and shinning armor last week!!!! The screen of my phone went out and I could not wait a week for a new one. They helped me pre-order my new phone and watch and provided me with a temporary phone for the week!!! As a business owner I need my cell phone on the daily and they wanted to solve my problems!! I have used all of the other locations in Montgomery except for this one and not had great experiences.. these two amazing men provided knowlege and a great experience!! I will ONLY deal with location in the future!! Thank you Michael and Josh so much for getting me back on track!! Looking forward to picking up our new phones and watches!!! Yall are the best!! Thank you!!!

  4. I had a truly wonderful experience at this store. I was taken care of efficiently and proffesionally. My sales guy Michael was great. He took care of me and even saved me money. I left happy and taken care of!
