1. My husband and I enjoyed our 1 night stay as we were passing through and just needed a place to rest. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor in the room and throughout the hotel. Only minor issue was the toilet seat was loose on one side so we had to be careful when sitting, but this was reported and wasn’t a big enough issue to ruin our stay. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

2. Nice new hotel in fun location – great gym
   Staff was great.
   Very comfortable beds.
   Unlike most hotels, the AC cools the room nicely and housekeeping does not turn the thermostat up when servicing making the room hot. Seems to be rare that they allow you too keep the AC running at whatever temp you want.
   Food was so-so and hotel pricey, as were the drinks but the staff makes up for it.
   The gym is far better than 95% of all other hotels.
   Will absolutely return when in Birmingham.

3. Beautiful, clean hotel and great service. Parking is easy and convenient. Roderick made this stay exceptional and accommodating. He even helped me with my rental car issues. Please give him a raise asap. He is absolutely amazing!

4. What an amazing experience. The staff here are just the best! The location couldn’t be better. This was the best experience and i will be staying here anytime I come to Birmingham. Can’t beat the value you get for the price. The rooms were spacious and the amenities are amazing. It’s very walkable as well. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend this Curio Collection Hilton Hotel!

5. Pros: location is perfect, tons of cute shops and restaurants nearby. I loved that the coffee shop in the lobby opened at 6am (early riser). The valets and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Loved that you could ask for bottles of water at front desk and they generously provide. The bed was so comfortable in the room with ample pillows, fairly thick comforters (hard to come by these days!), great linens and strong air conditioning!
   Cons: I’m not sure what the protocol is but our toiletries were not full when we checked in and they were not replenished when the room was cleaned. I asked for this to be corrected and they kindly and quickly took care of it, but it gave me a sense that a full clean of the room wasn’t completed before the we checked in (canisters in shower were 1/2 empty). It would be nice to have a starter couple of bottles of water in the room.
