If I can give this place zero stars I would. The worst service. Ordered some tacos to eat there and they took forever. So then I approached the chaser and she said Iām sorry I forgot to give them your receipt. MF !!! Thereās literally nobody here how do you forget ? Maybe if she got off her phone we would have gotten our food. 30 minutes for food thatās already cooked is crazy. Never coming here again.
Pork rib meal has too
Many bones in it for $15. Need to be a little more honest with their meals. Give what you pay for.
Iām satisfied all the time with the Service here is a very good customer service, if you have any question they have the answer, everything on hot food is fresh and clean I recommend this place you can bring your family, friends and co-workers to take some good combination plates and fresh drinks.
The cashier on number 2, Joshua M, was so rude and does not have any customer service.. he didnāt say hi, he just started scanning items. He didnāt even ask if I wanted bags, I had to ask for it ! I wonāt be coming back to this Vallarta, itās clear his managers arenāt teaching him how to greet customers correctly .
1 star because of the lack of compassion. My mom who is almost 80yrs old fell while trying to get a shopping cart. They were all stuck and she struggle and slipped. She went inside and asked for help and was just told that since it didnāt happened INSIDE the store, they couldnāt do anything. She even had to pay for a box of tissues she opened to clean off the bleeding from her mouth, because they couldnāt even provide first aid help. They didnāt offer to call 911. Nothing. If im not mistaken, the area where all the shopping carts are, is on their property. Part of the store. She did not fall on the parking lot, nor the street. I just hope to all those that didnāt help, that this never happens to your mother, your grandmother. Have some compassion some humanity. Some respect for elders. Very disappointed
