I’m convinced this is the best Vallarta in all of the AV! The store itself is really clean, and the staff are really nice and helpful. Today, the butcher helped with my meat selection. I always enjoy shopping here.
Very clean and lively 👌. Had a great shopping experience, nice music 🎶 playing in the background as you shop. Huge produce section, lots of fresh vegetables. Their bakery was off the chain ⛓️, looked so delicious.
great market, tamales made fresh daily. while stationed in the are we would frequent this establishment a couple times a month.
When buying anything that comes with weight make sure they weight the correct amount. Because i was charged something totally different than what the weight had to be.
I called the store yesterday store manager said to come in and i would get a 12$ credit for the mistake. I go today and that was incorrect the wanna be “store manager” CLARRISA was the worst ever she made it seem like i was just pulling this info just because i kept telling her i did not have the recipt anymore as the manager Eugenia just told me to come in. Yet i got treated as if i was asking her for 12$ from her check. I will be contacting the city and the weight management. Because who lnows how many people they have done this to. I did not recive my credit and treated like i was asking for 12$ from her check. When she gets paid because of CUSTOMERS that buy there. CLARRISA SHOULD BE REMOVED OR RE-TRAINED FROM HER TITLE AS A “STORE MANAGER”.
This is unacceptable and i will be contacting corporate as well.
I weighed a pound of tomatoes at the produce section, then took them to self checkout and the machine wanted to charge me for 3 and a half pounds. That’s not right I shouldn’t have to pay for 3.5 pounds of tomatoes when I’m only taking 1 pound. Everything is expensive as it is. Stop trying to charge even more money
