LA Valentina is a fantastic community in a prime location in San Diego. From the moment we decided to move in, Dan and Patrick made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable from day one.
The maintenance team here is top-notch. They respond quickly to any requests and handle issues with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. It’s clear that they take pride in keeping the community well-maintained.
The amenities and the overall environment at LA Valentina are excellent. The community is friendly and safe, making it a great place to live. I highly recommend LA Valentina to anyone looking for a great apartment in San Diego.
I recently moved in and so far I have had a great experience at Valentina. It was a little daunting moving across the country without seeing the apartment, but the leasing office made so many accommodations and helped us so much with our move. Upon move-in, we had several minor issues that were promptly solved by both Patrick and Dan. They are extremely responsive and take your concerns seriously. The apartment itself is very beautiful and well maintained. The immediate surrounding areas could use some maintenance, but there is a nice waterfront park across the street. Overall, we have been enjoying our time so far here.
I had previously left a raving review about the Valentina. I have lived here for two years and the previous Property Managers were incredibly kind and understanding (Priscilla and Patrick), however, I knew this would happen upon the exit of the most recent property Manager, Patrick. This place went from 5 stars to 0 less than 24hrs after Patrick left. How does one go from Riches to rags so quickly? Easy, bring in robots who don’t understand that life happens. Bring in someone who is uncaring and unkind yet thinks their professionalism saves them from a review/Tenant who is not afraid to speak their words. So Dear Mr. Stocky Gentleman in a suit with glasses, hello. I am so disappointed you were the first interaction I had with anyone at the Valetina that was so negative. I am human, I have lost my phone. I don’t need complicated solutions to a problem that is already INCREDIBLY STRESSFUL (I unfortunately lost my phone to this sea over the weekend and despite my attempts to get a new one, the phone company insisted today would be the day I got my phone) This is preventing me from doing simple tasks like, ordering groceries, contacting family, setting alarms for work, securing logging into accounts and transferring money to the proper accounts for rent. As mentioned and now reiterated, this is a stressful time for me. Yet, the employees at Valentina treat me as if they’re hearts have been stolen and ChatGPT has taken over all human interactions. I’m absolutely disgusted with this treatment and would never recommend living here. And if you are second guessing this review, do this: Take a stroll to the 6th floor when touring. Walk down the hallway and enjoy a symphony of every single dog barking the music of their people. It is endless, it is ugly, it is ghetto. You will hear it in your apartment regardless of which floor you’re on. Of course, this could be the sound of home for some people, but I appreciate my peace and quiet as much as I appreciate good sleep. Best of luck to you in your search – and may the force be with the Valentina because they have some real Vader energy that has entered the chat. “Professionalism” doesn’t not equal a great work ethic or a good employee. Sometimes, it is an attribute from a worker who has gone power hungry and loves to NOT be helpful to anyone but themselves. “No” is their favorite word and they love to create chaos, with the facade of being a “professional”. And my interaction is proof of that.
I lived at Valentina by Alta for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The building is very clean and the amenities are top notch. It’s located off Pacific Hwy in one of the best locations in San Diego. Valentina’s Property Management team, specifically Dan Lavi, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed over the past 2 years. Thanks again, I’ll miss calling Valentina by Alta home!
The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The apartment is very quite, one block from the water and one block from little Italy. The amenities are great and everything is kept clean. Dan and Patrick are fantastic. I highly recommend!
