Went in a couple years back with the worst pain I have experienced in my life. They essentially told me it was nothing, did 0 testing of any kind past checking blood pressure, etc.
I also was not given discharge papers, and when I called to ask, the nurse laughed and said âWe dont forget those here sweetie.â And hung up on me.
It was actually my gallbladder needing to be removed btw. This hospital is a joke and definitely in violation of the hippocratic oaths they took.
Slow staff. Very racist. The nurses make fun of the patients. You get no help for getting up and when you do and walk by yourself the staff snickers. They mock stroke patients. Def will miss diagnose you.Nurses give you a hard time about your meds. They will purposefully make you wait an extra hour and half extra for it when they say they are on their way, all the while you just hear them all joking and cutting up doing nothing .. Wont be back.

My mom had surgery on her leg this morning, but didnât know where to go . Miss Courtney in E. R. went out of her way to help us locate the correct building . The doctor was to call and provide me with her room number after surgery later that afternoon , which did not happen . Again , Courtney to the rescue. She pointed me in the right direction after making several phone calls . Beforehand , I had went to Building B ,( which was closed ) the front information desk, and surgery recovery before I finally found my momâs room number. It was chaotic . I wanted to be sure to take the time out and commend her on her outstanding customer service and positive attitude . She was simply amazing ! She could teach the nurses and CNAs on night shift on the ninth floor ( with the exception of Lyric ) a thing or two about being courteous. I really thank God for her help. She along with one other woman helped me find my mom and made sure she was safe! Thank you so much Courtney! She needs a raise ! â€ïžâđ©č
My mother has been a patient for years of Dr.Webster! We have had such a hard time getting her medications filled over the last few years. The nurses are unprofessional and try to talk over you/ argue when calling with questions. Such a lack of empathy and understanding from this practice!
Dislocated my shoulder and sat in the waiting room for nearly 6 hours with a sling that wasnât even properly put on. Was taken to the X-ray room, and then proceeded to sit there for about 15 minutes with nobody there. (Thankfully there was at least a clock) After they finally were able to bring me into the room, and fast forward 30 minutes, they were able to get my shoulder back in. To top the night off, instead of giving me actual pain medication so Iâm able to get some meaningful sleep, I was given ibuprofen 800. Definitely one of the worst hospital experiences in my many times visiting.
