  1. I have never had an experience i can complain about. i have been a patient of family practice for well over a decade. the staff are always so friendly and helpful. waiting room is big and usually at most a 10-15 minute wait (not bad, most of it is paperwork you must fill out). i recently switched over to dr Mathison and she is a star! very thorough and kind, offered me options i did not even know i had. I don’t know what i would do without them:)

  2. Rude front desk staff. They forget to call me back about any prescription I am waiting on obviously purposely. If they do fill your script it’s always at 5:30 when they’re closed so you have to pick it up in the morning even though you called right at 8am when they open. Dr Bryars has to be reminded to both write his name and Date on the prescriptions which he has failed to do many times so I have to baby the guy and double check everything. If you so much as call them twice about a prescription they will definetly become rude with you on the phone (more so than normally) as if you’re annoying them or being impatient yet if you don’t call them several times you may realize they never even made a note of your call and just pretend as though they’re waiting on the doctor even though there’s some communication error. Either way the staff and doctor bryars are both God awful and everyone should leave this place . As soon as they answer the phone you can feel the condescending sour tone with that overly fake “FAMILY PRACTISE” voice. So if it’s not the rude Staff, the old medicine, the constant previous doctors who have all quit all within a simular time frame and for anyone not aware every new doctor you have to call your insureence and go through all that Hassel, the Dr bryars guy who seems to never be in the office and when they actually do say he’s in the office they say it as if it’s almost a shock, even when he’s in the office he will just forget or not care enough to fill your prescription even though he had the entire day, if you’re lucky enough to get him to fill it you beyyer make sure it has his name and his Date(3 different time where it was either the missing name, missing date or didn’t say the medication) causing alot of problems at the pharmacy obviously since people do forge their own and even the pharmacist where in shock that a doctor would forget something as essential as that especially on multiple occasions. They won’t allow new patients so to make up for revenue they milk you for two yearly visits instead of one . This place is hell .

  3. I was told that I could no longer make appointments with them because I had not seen them in 2 years and they are no longer accepting new patients. My husband still goes there for now and they are getting more and more stick on him having to have appointments twice a year now, instead of once a year to obtain his meds. The only saving grace for this group is the wonderful lady who draws blood!
Now they aren’t open on weekends at all and the prescription they were supposed to call in yesterday is not at the pharmacy. I will have to go by Monday morning and obtain a written prescription because the last time this happened, the pharmacy never showed receiving the prescription, even though the nurse said they called it in 3 times!

  4. Been a patient here for my entire adult life. Most of my family goes here. Told I’m no longer a patient because I haven’t been in since 2016, and they’re no longer accepting new patients. I guess I was supposed to come in even when not having a health issue. They say it’s because one of their doctors retired. I hope it was Dr. Hall, because that guy was barely even a human being and shouldn’t have been practicing medicine at all. Lazy, unfriendly, treated everyone like a burden and acted like patients he’d had for years and years were complete strangers. So now that I have an actual medical issue and need help, I need to find an urgent care that isn’t too busy to take me (unlikely), or find a new GP in the midst of one of the absolute worst times to be searching for a new doctor.

  5. Every front staff memeber is beyond rude, the way they answer with attitude and being there in person I have heard them bad mouth those they just got off the phone with on many occasions verifying my suspicions. They forget to call me back or tell the doctors I am waiting for him to sign off on my prescription. It’s happends so many times where I am going to switch locations. Doesn’t
