Called to switch primary care doctors to them, apparently they moved their location but the woman who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. She definitely did not want me coming there as a new patient. The rudest.
On my initial visit I was greeted with courtesy, caring and guidance by the staff. When examined by my physician I was impressed that he listened and took time to explain my symptoms. With concern and extra care, he chose not to load me up with prescribed medications but referred me out to two specialist for further testing, diagnosis, and possible treatment.
I had a wellness checkup visit and routine lab work on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Everyone at this office was professional and attentive.
Dr. Tetyana Falkenberry and her nurse took great care of me from the time I stepped on the scales until having my blood drawn. Highly recommended!
Dr. Falkenberry and her staff were professional and proactive in their interactions. I appreciated the emphasis on wellness vs awaiting the symptons. I was considering changing because of a previous doctor. But I will remain and recommend.
Dr. Faulkenberry is incredibly nice and takes her time with you! She turns her computer screen around and goes over your chart with you making your visit even more personalized. She covers everything concerning your health and makes sure that before you leave the office, that you feel satisfied with your visit. She does it in a genuine way. I feel like l am going to see my good friend who happens to be doctor !!
