My wife and I delivered groceries here from Utah at 11:00 am on 05/03/24. It was Friday. They worked until 2pm and had a lot of trucks to unload. When we arrived at the gate, we were told to turn around and park on the busy road. We spent 20 minutes to park. When I approached the guards, they gave me a piece of paper. I asked what to do next? She said go there. I asked With the truck? She said yes. I drove up to them again. She said. Why did you come on the truck, that you need to fill out the paper and wait for the call. It took me 20 minutes to park again. I asked why do you do this to drivers? After that she refused to unload us. In three years of work, this is the first time when I have seen such a terrible attitude towards drivers. The broker took $1155 from us. The company took all this money from our salaries. Our earnings for 2 days were minus $705. Drivers, think carefully before taking cargo to this facility
Unload was the fastest i’ve seen yet. Got here at 0545 for a 6 am appointment.
Parked on street.
Walked to the guard shack with paperwork and Safety vest. They will have you fill out a gate pass and hand back to them before going back to your truck to either wait for dock assignment or bring your truck in for dock assignment, and give you a small sheet of paper that you need to fill out once you get back to your truck, BUT BEFORE YOU GET BACK TO THE GATE TO DOCK. Hand that small paper to the guard, they will break your seal. Proceed to your dock assignment, open doors, dock and chock wheels (there is a $250 fine if you fail to chock your wheels). Walk your paperwork to door 34 Receiving office. There you will get a print out with a folder with your assigned dock number on it. Take that down to the lumper service, they will message you with a relay link to pay lumper service. Go back to your truck and wait. There is a restroom in the Receiving office for drivers. Must have your vest on at all times while on the property. There is a food truck that comes. There is 2 hour parking out on the street. Not sure if others have parked here overnight or not.
DO NOT DRIVE UP TO THE GATE TO CHECK IN, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PARK ON THE STREET BEFORE CHECKING IN!!!
They have parking on the street for overnight. Pretty quiet street as well. Park your truck on the street before you check in. Don’t go in with your truck. They unloaded me fairly quickly. 2-3 hours. Average for most places. If you get this elderly lady at the window, good luck with her. Minimum of 15 mins just for her to sign your bills and give them back. God bless her heart. She is trying lol
Usually big places like US Foods are huge headaches and hours to wait to get unloaded. First time here, guards Keisha and Kathy were super nice and helpful no matter how many questions I had, especially how confusing and big US Foods is. Would love to come back again, thank you Keisha and Kathy
Terrible experience delivering over here.. gave me a dock at 6 am I didn’t get empty until 11 am. The lumper lady is very rude. If you hate your job just stay at home. Very long wait times and the lumpers suck as always at every us foods. Don’t waste your time here the other bad reviews were spot on.
