I had to wait a half hour for my visit today but I only made the appointment in the morning, so I was lucky to get it today. The wait was worth it, though, because all three of my contacts were excellent. From checking, to getting set up with the nurse’s assistant to the nurse practitioner herself, I have nothing but praise. The nurse practitioner especially was wonderful: professional, personable, taking her time, thorough, you name it, all the things you like in a doctor or nurse. Situation was diagnosed, tests planned and I’m on my way. Very impressive care here.
Peter was okay but the organization and scheduling was very poor. First and without notice, my doctor wasn’t there. I had no notification. Was sent to the Nurse Practitioner and there were many people waiting. I asked the receptionist if he was running on time and was told about 5 or 10 minutes late. The was incorrect. I was there for 1 hour and 5 minutes after my appointment time before even entering an exam room. Peter came in 10 minutes later and completed the visit. This was just a check up and review of recent tests. I had an appointment scheduled an hour and a half after the appointment time of which I was late. Poor communication all around.
