This place is Awesome I arrived
Late for my appointment and they let me come in be front desk was super friendly and provided a lot of good information about my insurance and deductible. The nurse Tiff was Great she was very thorough and talked to me about my blood pressure and health conditions. Dr.Kaye was great and boy he explained everything about my foot condition. I had a little of a wait but I didnāt complain it was well worth it. Thanks Dr.Kaye and staff!!!
I havenāt been to see Dr. Michael K in over four years but I am super excited about coming back. I came back to today which is June 25 and the staff that he has was wonderful. They were very helpful. They just very pleasant nice and I will be back in six months to see Dr. K and his wonderful staff.
Dr. Kaye and the staff at Alabama Podiatry took excellent care of the issues I had with with bone spurs in my heel and a severely inflamed case of Planters Fasciitis. In just a few short visitās, I was pain free! I would highly recommend Alabama Podiatry to anyone with issues!
I went to this office last summer because I had been to so many doctors before about my issue. I suffer from a reoccurring callus on the side of my foot, that at time causes me tremendous pain and several issues when walking. At the time of my visit I was dealing with said pain. First off Iād like to say, the nurses who interacted with me, were absolutely AMAZING!! Including the mini nurse( one of the nurseās daughter) was WONDERFUL!!
But Mr.Kaye on the other hand OMG!! He started out friendly but soon became curt and rude. I deal with PTSD and Anxiety, and let me telling you, he had both of them on 20!!! I was in a lot of pain, so he have me a numbing shot of which he basically jabbed the needle into the sore spot and then almost chestise me like I was a child in an irritated voice and manner, on how I shouldnāt have wait until got like that. Was even more irritated when the med didnāt take full affect and I could still feel pain. Wasnāt my fault. He did just about everything in a rush including the removal the callus with a scapal. Dressed my wound, gave me instructions and rushed off. If it wasnāt for the staff that day making comfortable and putting me at ease, I donāt know what I would have done.
I was then scheduled to come back in a week to see himā¦ā¦ again. From the moment he saw me, he became irritated and asked why was I back so soon. I told him ā your staff scheduled my appointment!ā He then looked at the area, scrapped it little, mumbled something and rushed out. Such a great guy (absolutely not). To each his own but for Mr.Kaye was a complete āPrickā and needs to check his bedside manners!! I thought Doctors were suppose to answer questions from patients, not get an attitude and respond like know it all. Once again major praise to the nurses great job. But Iāll pass on the revisit!
My internship was here and I loved it. Dr.Kaye and both nurses set the bar for quality care. Dr.Kaye takes his time with each and every patient. He is very detailed, he provides patients with terminology that they can understand, and he is not all about money he genuinely wants whatās best for each patient. The nurses here are top tier! Tiffani who works the front desk does a fantastic job of running the clinic. I can tell you with all honesty she makes her job look easy, but you better believe that itās not. She can explain the difference in medical plans and is very upfront with all information. Ty, who is the head nurse, is such a sweetheart and her warm energy is unmatched. They all deserve raises Iām serious. Iāve seen children come in so afraid and within the next moment they are calm. The way the team here works together is amazing. I highly recommend!!!! Five stars. 10/10.
