Exceptional Experience – Cannot praise this business, and salesperson Tony, enough for their above and beyond commitment to customer service. We purchased a refurbished floor model refrigerator from the Universal Appliance Kitchen & Bath online outlet. The unit was packaged perfectly and shipped quickly via FedEx Freight all the way to NC. After 24 hours of installation, we found the unit was not cooling to the correct temp. Tony connected us with a local 5-star rated repair person to diagnose and repair a relay issue and UAKC reimbursed us for the minor repair within the 30-day warranty window. Tony also arranged for the manufacturer to ship us the custom door panel templates at no extra cost – without being asked. 6 stars!!
We were very happy with the service at Universal Appliance in Santa Clarita. We had just bought a new home in LA (from SF) and needed a lot of help picking appliances and coordinating installation from afar. Tony Tran made it all happen without a hitch. We couldn’t have done it without his help.
I really want to share a great experience at Universal Appliance! Tony helped us out and I can’t be more appreciative and thankful for all that he has done. He sold me a floor model Miele dishwasher that I was hesitant on since it was a floor model. But you reassured me that I still got the warranty from Miele and with the benefit of it never been used. So I thought I’d give it a shot. He had it delivered by freight delivery FedEx all the way up to NorCal. He was very thorough and explained how everything was supposed to work, the dishwasher arrived perfectly. Later I noticed that a piece was broken, so I reached out to Miele directly to ask for the part to be replaced. I thought Miele would just send me the part since it was so small. However Miele wanted to schedule a technician out here, I have little ones so it wasn’t very easy for me to schedule a technician just for a small piece. I messaged Tony and asked him if he could reach out to Miele for me, but he did something even better! He found the extra part and sent it directly to me! If you don’t call that amazing customer service I don’t know what is. So if you’re looking at appliances, new or floor models, give this place a shot, and ask for Tony! He’ll take care of you.
