Let me say that as a type 1 diabetic and the goings on of this disease. I have never felt more comfortable to be just what I am. United Health Care came along and swooped me up at a time in my life that I was ready to throw in the towel. I have recently gone at it with diabetes. I was admitted into the hospital on July 6th and released on July 10th. I have never seen my views of the world change the way they have in those 4 to 5 days. I have low income insurance. Not the fancy work provided insurance that comes with the job. I was sitting at home when I received an advertisement for health insurance. I was in a place in my life where I was like. ‘I have nothing to lose. Just make the call and see what happens.!’ Well. To be completely honest. Everything happened. I did not jump through fire. Qualify for special treatment because of some prerequisite or anything like that. I did what I was ask. Made a few informed decisions. And there you have it. Insured and this is tried and tested. I left the hospital feeling better than I have about life in general in a loooong time. I was treated like we all deserve to be. The way I pray and I hope we all are. United Health Care has been a miracle in my life. We just have to make that first step. Get going in the direction of something positive, and let yourself see it through. And it is just so dang easy as far as this is concerned. Get on board. I couldn’t be happier with my insurance. How many people can say that.? Caring people are out there. Companies that are helping those in need are available to us. Please know that I can personally vouch for United HealthCare. They have far exceeded my expectations. And good for them for doing it. I’ve been treated there two times and my wife is patient there now. The care there is excellent and all the staff are most professional and skilled. They are the only Aqua Therapy facility in Montgomery that I am aware of and I was referred to them by another clinic. The Aqua therapy was very beneficial to my conditions. Having been treated over the years at almost every facility in town there none I can recommend more highly.
Don’t use the transportation unless you want them to not pick you up and go to the drop off location and leave you stuck every time. It doesn’t matter how many times you specify the pickup and drop off location. The people that answer the phone barely speak English and constantly send the driver to the drop off location instead of the pickup location and leave you to wait in the cold.
Horrible coverage. Won’t cover anything without making it a hassle and that’s the last thing you need to deal with while dealing with a kid with a life threatening condition.
can’t lie this the best Insurance i ever had ever body gets treating the same big ups to United healthcare!!!!!!!
