1. As a real estate transaction coordinator, I communicate with contractors all day long. Stacey (office) and Fred (technician) were some of the nicest, most helpful people that I have encountered in while. Stacey helped get a last minute inspection scheduled that helped save a deal and Fred was just phenomenal on site. Absolute amazing service and I will be referring my agents to Ultimate again and again.

2. The service, information, and advice that Fred and Aaron from Ultimate Pluming provided was far beyond what I expected. I have a home built in the late 60’s where few/none of the construction or pipe work was done “to code”, but they helped me locate the lines and tank to pump it, gave me tons of very helpful instruction on how to maintain it and where to fix or improve the piping leading to/from it, and an estimated remaining “life expectancy” of the tank itself. I highly recommend this company, especially if the rest of their employees are even HALF as helpful as Fred and Aaron were then they already provide better customer service than 90% of any other company I’ve ever worked with. 12/10

3. First, I’d say GREAT experience! I just moved here to BHM. Didn’t know anyone. I went off Google reviews and prayer! Y’all didn’t let me down. I was on their schedule for 12-4 (showed up at 2) two days after I requested service. Called me back when they said they would to confirm they had parts and equipment (two days later) and showed up when they said they would again! All the guys were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, honest and hard working. They came to my home and, since they weren’t able to locate the tank easily, recommended I camera. I am VERY glad I did. While this is an added cost, they pinpointed my septic in 30 mins and excavated with minimal disturbance. I had no history on the tank. Just wanted it pumped. They did upsell me on some risers and access lids, but these are invaluable for the next time I need service. No more excavations, or locate, just in-and-out pumping. Maintenance is high on my priority list. If you want to nickel and dime something that can destroy your property, home, and cause tens of thousands of dollars down the line – maybe shop elsewhere? For what work they did, I am happy with my cost.
   I’d like to add that one of the men had just started that day. I witnessed mentoring and training at each of the higher levels above him. We need more of this!
   A final note would be *as shown in the pics* they worked well into the night to finish the job in one day. No worrying about leaving anything exposed, or damaged property. Everything functions and is ready for seed. Thank you gents! From, one happy dude.

5. On Monday, Ultimate Plumbing came to my house, ( Eric ) took time to diagnose a problem with my septic/sewer system. The main ground pump installed in 1988 was going bad!
   I was absolutely amazed at the effort of finding the problem. ( Eric ) stayed with it and it was 100° outside, but he had an answer come Tuesday and came to address the problem.
   We were very happy with the outcome and the workmanship and the way he left our yard.
