I recently had my Samsung Galaxy Flip5 repaired at uBreakiFix in Fresno, CA after the screen was cracked. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
**Pros:**
Quality of Repair: The screen repair was well done. After the fix, my phone was working perfectly, and the screen looked as good as new.
Staff Expertise: The technicians seemed knowledgeable and capable of handling the repair efficiently.
**Cons:**
Appointment Management: I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM, but was told upon arrival that appointments didn’t really matter. This was quite disappointing as I had arranged my day around this time slot.
Wait Time: Despite my appointment, it took them 5 hours to complete the repair. This was much longer than I expected and significantly disrupted my plans. Since I was told over the phone that this was going to be 1-2 hour repair job.
**Overall Experience:**
While the quality of the repair was satisfactory, the lack of adherence to scheduled appointments and the long wait time were notable downsides. If you need a reliable repair, uBreakiFix can deliver, but be prepared for potential delays regardless of your appointment time.

The guy there were great! They were so nice and helpful. You could tell they knew what they were doing and that they enjoyed their jobs. I got my pixel screen fixed under warranty. Unfortunately they thought they didn’t have parts, but they gave me a loaner phone while I waited (warranty allowed a loaner phone.) They ended up finding a screen and had my phone ready in the afternoon. The whole process was smooth and easy. It does get busy in there, but you can’t really blame that since they are a great company with high quality service. 10/10 recommend. (PS they even have lollipop to entertain the kiddos.)
Assurion was a great experience for my family. It was very easy to make a claim online. We took the phone into the store and the screen was repaired in a timely manner! The Staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt very comfortable taking my phone here to get fixed. Thank you staff for the great customer service!!!! I’ll be sure to let friends and family know where they can take their electronics to get fixed!!
Very professional, helpful in showing me different settings as needed. Service was very quick in replacing my phone screen, maybe 20 minutes. I was very impressed. It’s been almost 24 hours and my phone works perfectly fine as well. Employee was able to utilize their work van to repair my device while I was working from home so they were not in my way as I was not in theirs. I utilized their services through the insurance I have with my cell phone carrier ATT. Great service!
I was on an extended road trip when I needed to make some changes on my phone went to att&t and they were very helpful. Also needed a battery changed they didn’t do that there but they sent me to ubreakifix. Well I decided to go ahead and fix and change the battery before I left town.
Well let me tell you PLEASE stay away from the place. 1st they are very expensive and they won’t be able to help you anyway. I had purchased my battery on line because it’s an older phone that know one carries the battery. I also find out now that this is one of the easiest battery to change. Well they wanted $60. to change the battery but next I had to wait from 2 to 3 hours as I was leaving town I couldn’t wait that long, clerk asked if they could get to it sooner they said no. Also there was no warranty on the job that they were going to do. Stay away save your time money.
