My partner got something stuck in charger port and we couldn’t get it out. We decided to go to Ubreakifixit and the nice gentleman Jeremy helped us ! It only took him 1 minute and we were out of there ! He was so helpful and understanding and he always gave us some really good advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future ! I brought my phone in and was told I would get my phone back by the end of the day. I got my phone back with a damaged display, a broken flashlight, and an unsealed screen. I took it back and was told they would have the part in a few days. I brought my phone back in when they had the part back in stock. I then left my phone for a second time to be fixed and was told I could retrieve it at the end of the day. I returned to find that it wasn’t done and I would have to come back the next day. I arrived the next day and was told they had ordered the wrong display and had broken the damaged display so I was unable to use my phone in the meantime, which meant my phone which I needed for work was unavailable and I could not answer any work calls. They then told me they would overnight the part in and it would be done as soon as it got in. I called the next day with a family member’s phone to find out they had not overnighted the part and that it would be in until the day before my vacation. I called them the day it was supposed to be done only to be told again that they had not received the part and that they would not be able to finish my phone on time once again.i believe they were putting off fixing my phone due to the fact I had already paid and was not their priority. This was almost a month long process of being jerked around. When I went to finally pick up my fixed phone they told me they would not refund me because they had fixed my phone, even though they advertise hassle-free repairs and at this point I was pretty hassled
Was having a battery issue with my phone, James looked at it explained what he thought had happened. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t even charge me for his time. I definitely recommend them
