Michael is the best! He’s nice and listens 🧏🏼♀️ My phone had water damage and green screen he was reluctant to to take it in due to the slim chances of it being repaired. He went ahead and kept it for 24 hours and he was able to fix it!!! The staff there seem to be a fun bunch, they seem to love their jobs. Thanks again Michael!

Love love love this place. So happy I didn’t have to be without my phone for days. They fixed my phone in a couple hours. And did wonderful work with great customer service.
Brought two ps5’s in to be cleaned and fixed the one that needed to be cleaned wasn’t even cleaned and left the disc drive felt folded to where you can’t even put a disc in it and the other one they said they took apart to figure out why it let shutting off and told me it was the power supply which if it was the power supply it wouldn’t be turning on at all. Don’t take your gaming consoles here for any reason I’ll never go back again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Service was better than just ok. Price was not what I was expecting but it had nothing to do with service or the store. Samsung should be shame for the prices to fix their products. Overall I recommend this store and get the extra protection.
