Took our TV in for repairs,black screen,Manager,very professional,did a perfect job and reasonable.
Quoted me $250 to fix my Vizio with a bad main mother board saying the part was over $100 dollars.. I found the part for $50 including shipping on eBay.. took me 20 minutes to replace it myself.. you pay him $20 just for the diagnostic which is a fair price but charging $200 for something that will probably take you 10 minutes really
Their comments on google are false. They dint work on 55 inch tvs
So far so good. Super friendly staff and easy to deal with on the phone. Very knowledgeable and have a good website, very user friendly. Haven’t received the part I ordered yet. But I only ordered it an hour ago and it’s already in the mail. I’ll update more when I receive the part. Thanks from Florida.
Ok update received the part and it works perfectly and fixed my problem. Thank you again I’ll definitely be a repeat costumer if I have any more TV related issues.
They responded to my email in a timely manner. The communication was good, as far as what needed done, and how much it would cost. I feel like it was a fair price. I’m happy with my tv, and will use their services again.
