I dropped my car off recently one morning on the way to work. They opened at 7:30 a.m. on the dot as promised. They did the work and gave me a call when it was finished. Very professional. No upcharges, no pushing any unnecessary work (as some nearby dealers will push). This is a very popular place, and that’s a good sign, because there are plenty other shops in town. I bought a set of tires here and I enjoy the free rotations.
Travel from Virginia going back home to Texas car broken down we stopped at hotel came here 8:15 am took 5 hours for my car get into the shop for them to detect the problem and 1:45pm and I’m still waiting for change break pads and front rotors .
Lost the checkout time at hotel Wife and kids still there waiting and looks like when you are from another town you get wait more.
But we understand hope they will give more attention when you are not from here.
But overall they are good people.

I arrived at 7:40am. The oil cgange took an hour, while I waited to go to work. When I got to work and looked at my receipt, it was for a car and VIN that I no longer own.
When I arrived I was asked if I had been there before and I said “Not for this car”. The man asked for my car info and I gave it. So, HOW was the receipt for a car I haven’t owned since 2017?
