My wife and I have been looking for a used 3/4 Ton Truck with a diesel engine to pull our camper with. While I won’t speak negative and name other dealers. I will say that our experience at Truck Country was very good. From the time we walked up we were treated with respect. Christian was our Salesman what an Awesome Young Man. Hannah did our paperwork and she did a great job as well. They worked within our budget and we left with the truck that we wanted. We didn’t have to settle. Very glad we stopped and visited them.
Very good staff. Great service. They worked for me and found a truck that I needed, and that I am very grateful and happy with. They definitely work for you. 2012 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab. Great mileage too. Not worn out or high mileage. Clean.
Great experience. On the sales end, Justin was straight forward. Found the right truck on the third test drive. He lined up a few appointments to get a few issues taken care of after the sale, doing what he said he would do to make the truck right. As for finance, Jason was forthcoming and fair with trade-ins (I had 2), and was willing to do a little old school negotiation on purchase price, which I enjoyed. The owner came in and shook my hand and thanked me for my business. Couldn’t have had a better hometown feel car buying experience.
We had a very wonderful experience. The car salesman Matt and the guy in the office was very nice and worked hard all day to get my son in his first car. With him having no credit. They didn’t pressure him into anything. The car he wanted is the one he left with. We will buy our next car or truck from them.
These guys are absolutely awesome! They were true to their word on sales price and worked with us to get the best deal. Super friendly and really easy to talk to and with without all the hassle/harassment you get at other dealerships. We will definitely be back when we get our next vehicle hopefully next year! Thank you so much for making our stressful day easy on us!
