Overall, a decent hotel with an excellent kid-friendly breakfast that the family enjoyed. The cleaning crew did a great job, and the front desk was personable. Initially, I thought there might be an issue during check-in, as the staff seemed more focused on cleaning an empty hotel than helping us. However, he was able to turn things around and got us checked in smoothly. Appreciate the effort!
We needed to pivot because the previous hotel didn’t have water. I called and talk to a gentleman on the phone who was able to get a group of us rooms to stay for 2 days here in Mobile. I appreciate him working us in short notice. I would of rather had a kitchenette because i had things to make, but the room was really nice. Breakfast was a whole lot better than other hotels i stayed at. It was hot and awesome, you had a wide variety to choose from. I will come back later and put the guys name in. Just happy to have a warm bed and a hot shower in a room.
We were after 10 arriving and worn out from the road. It was so nice to be greeted warmly and get to our room.
I love the pancake machine and was so happy to have them for breakfast.
When Tru is an option that is where we choose to stay.
Had to be in town for an early meeting the next morning. Friday (her name) was amazing at check in. She baked fresh cookies for my group. The rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff had great recommendations for local restaurants. Check out was a breeze. Will absolutely stay here again.
We were very disappointed by the lack of service. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. With only one small trash can in the bathroom, we had three days worth of trash that wasn’t picked up even after calling multiple times, bed was not made and it was just very uncomfortable. Had to call twice for clean towels. No microwave in the room. Only one small microwave downstairs in the eating area. Very unpleasant to heat up anything in the public eye. No privacy there! The hotel stay was very expensive for what we got, lack of hoysekeeping and towels as needed was just not worth it. Very disappointed. Do not stay there, look for some other hotels!
