1. Absolutely love this apparel brand and this store/location did not disappoint. Great selection and prices, only made better by the outstanding service I received from Chris. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and fits, and even offered a few pointers to improve the golf game. Will definitely be back when I’m on the island again. Thank you so much Chris for the awesome experience!

2. I have Purchased 2 Pants from TravisMathew in Size 40 at The Ala Moana Store in Honolulu, Hawaii in September 2022

   On my first Day of wearing the Pants I noticed that the Pans is too big for me because once you wear them, they became bigger than Advertised.
   I went back to the Store within the 30 Day Return policy, trying to return both pants of which I wore 1. Of course I tossed the Tags.

   When I came in the Store The Sales Lady Said , I can Exchange one to 38 but not the other one because it was worn & had a Stain & No Tags. The Sales Lady got Advise from the Store manager and Referred and reminded me That his Store cannot Refund or Exchange for a Smaller Size. “He suggested me to go To a Seamstress and have it adjusted to make it fit ! “

   Over the last 40 Years I have never Done this and accepted his Advise.

   After some time I made efforts to go to
   The Seamstress “ Very Professionally & Experienced Lady told me “ This pants is not a Size 40 But 44 As well she said , that Adjusting this Pants to a smaller size is impossible because of the Delicately Stitching and the thin Material . “with other Words” , it’s Not practically doing this “ She recommended me as well to go back to the Store & exchange it because of the Wrong Size of 44 Not 40.

   Now do to The Busy Life , I returned back to the store in January, explaining the sales team to Kindly offer me an Exchange , with the explanation “ the Pats is too big! “

   Again and as Remembering me of my Original Purchase . The Sales Lady did not offer me an Exchange , Now since the Return Policy has expired, No Tag , Pants Worn & Washed she cannot accept the Return. I explained to her , I followed advice of the Manager To resize, and The Seamstress corrected me that you pant size is 44 , She said that she don’t care and not able to exchange.

   Being put down 3 Times and Getting Not satisfied by a Company that is paying Large money to gain new Customers, I feel to be very Let down by The TravisMathew Team.

   I honestly gave up and left my Oversized of which I paid around $135 Pants on the Table at the Store of TM and walked out with Commenting that I would never Purchase Clothing from their Store and Company.

   I recommend to stay away from this Store with Poor Client Satisfaction .

   FYI Having no Recipe Is a big excuse Because I had an Account Opens with them , This shows to tell you, the don’t care !

   Don’t Buy from this Bait and Switch Walmart Store ‘ Which has better Return solutions than TravisMathew

   Walk 10 Feet around !

4. Roger Dunn Golf Shop in the Ward area also carried it, but the darkness inside the store made it seem like it was an official product. That’s what I thought, but this is definitely a genuine product.
   I didn’t really like it when I saw it on the Golf Digest Online shop site, but when I saw it in person, I thought it was okay. In Japan, it is worn by Ryo Ishikawa, but I think it can be worn by a wide range of age groups, including middle-aged and elderly people.
   T-shirts are available at reasonable prices.
