We have only been with this company for 2 years, but from the beginning there were signs of issues. Repeatedly we are never notify that of maintenance calls that end up costing us a few hundred dollars. We understand there will be service calls, we have just asked for some type of communication. We should find out when we don’t receive any type of disbursement from this company. I have to call, email, call, text and finally someone will respond. When I ask for someone to call me, that doesn’t happen. I called last week to find out why we never received an April disbursement. I was told they change their accounting process (which their accounting people/process is always the excuse). I was told by Ravinell that I would get a disbursement that day. A week later I still haven’t received a disbursement. So I look on their portal and they updated this week to state our tenant moved out on 3/31/2024. Why wasn’t this information disclosed to me last week when I called. So I email and call (of course I have to leave a message) today. I receive a text message that yes the tenant moved out and they will send someone out to the property to access, so they can get someone moved in. I am so tired of their lack of service. I was really trying to give them a chance.
A family member stays in one of these properties. The plumbing backed up two weeks ago and overflowed in the tub and toilet. The toilet is working now but nothing has been professionally cleaned or replaced. I guess they are waiting on my family member who’s in their sixties to clean up the sewage.
And equipment and trash from the workers lunch is still in the back yard. I’m hoping this doesn’t lead to other issues such as rodents or stray animals.
I guess this real estate’s name is truly appropriate since they are trading human decency, dignity, and health for a dollar. My family member was reminded about paying the rent even though it had already paid but still the bathroom hasn’t professionally cleaned from the sewage. There seems to be no urgency to fully resolve this matter. SMH

Horrible! My bathroom floor is falling in the tub leaks the sink leaks. The water works sending letters about galvanized pipes. Alabama Power cut my service due to repairs not completed by the owner!
Margaret and Rav kept me honestly informed throughout my selling process. I can’t imagine selling my home without being able to lean on their expertise. Ravinell is a GREAT Realtor. I called him on a Friday morning to let him know I was interested in a property, by that afternoon I was viewing the home, and 3 days later he called and said I had a contract. Ravinell made the process so easy… I just took a chance on using him, I had never heard of Trading Earth. But, I’m sure glad I found him!!!!
