Convenient little trader Joeās at the top of the shopping area. Has everything every other trader Joe has.
I didnāt get the name of the rude Trader Joeās employee who stomped right in front of me when it was my turn at the eggs section in the backā¦. but she didnāt even look at me, didnāt say excuse me, and didnāt even say that she was sorry! She was so wide with her outstretched arms taking up all the space ā¦ in front of me! She stepped in front of me when I was looking at the eggs !!!!! We did not buy the eggs after all! We walked by her at the checkout when we left the store without buying anything. and I could see that she was so proud of herself for āgoing above and beyondā to help this customer (in burgundy scrubs), talking about how hard it is to find eggs now. Yes Lady, I know! I drove all the way out here to buy from your store but you were so rude that we decided weād rather leave and go to Ralphās than deal with another rude Trader Joeās employee. This was at 7:35pm on 8/26/2024.
Who doesnāt love Trader Joeās! For years my wife and I have had fun shopping at this unique and special grocery store. Itās not our go to place on a weekly basis but it does hold a special place in our hearts.
The selection of specialty meats, cheeses, snacks and drinks makes it easy to put together an affordable charcuterie spread. They are also famous for their frozen foods. My wife loves the health foods.
On our visit to this location for the first time we were in need of a quick healthy lunch on the go. We were happy with the wraps in the deli section. It was very busy on a Sunday afternoon. We would definitely recommend checking this location out if you are in the neighborhood.
When I checked out at the cashier, I just realized I forgot the wallet at homeā¦..
The employee Robert was very nice to hold the merchants for me. After I returned to the store again with my wallet. Robert took his break and he did ask his coworker Rock to help meā¦.
I really appreciate their customer service .š
A while ago when I read some negative reviews here I found it difficult to believe because this Trader Joeās was my favorite store. Today I had my own bad experience. I went to the store at 8:10am, the store was very quiet. When I brought my shopping cart to the cashierās, the female staff on duty and her assistant were busy chatting to each other. They didnāt say hello, didnāt look at me but kept chatting to themselves. I waited patiently till they decided to check out my groceries. Throughout the entire checkout process they kept chatting to each other, didnāt talk to me, and didnāt even look at me. They didnāt tell me the cost so I found out myself from the payment machine and paid by credit card. They put my grocery in a bag, still not a word, and continued chatting and laughing to each other. I took my grocery and left. But the worst thing was: they didnāt even bother to give me my receipt. I had to call the store Manager who took time to find the receipt from their online record. This Trader Joeās used to be my favorite store because of its friendly and responsible staff, but not any more. Hope the Management will help these staff members learn work ethics. Please donāt let the bad staffās behavior destroy the good name of your store!
