They were very patient and capable of providing the help I needed.
I financed a purchase through this company for $1,000. The account was set up as same as cash. Since December of 2018 I’ve paid a total of $612.21 however the balance on the website shows I still owe $484.88 when it actually should be $387.79. I called the local office yesterday and spoke with a female associate there and she could not tell me why there was such a difference in the balance. I called again this morning and spoke with Chad and he was able to tell me that my account is same as cash however it wasn’t marked as such in their system. He then put me hold to speak with his manager and I was on hold for 30 minutes before I was hung up on. I then called back and spoke with Chad again and told him that he had me hold for 30 minutes before I was hung up on and he then transferred me to his manager who really only said what Chad told me previously and that he will give me a call back Monday to confirm that my account had been marked same as cash.
You would think that since I’ve paid my bill on time and that most of balance has been paid their customer service would be better. However their customer service is terrible. I’ve should have known better because when the account was set up initially I never received any information as far as account information and how to make payments through mail like I was told I would. I had to contact them only to find out that the account was never set up so I really could have gotten this item for free but since my integrity is solid I did what I agreed to do and took initiative to make sure the account was paid.
From the start until now my experience with Tower Loan has been piss poor and I caution all who are considering using them. If I were you I’d try a different bank with better customer service.
I came to the store and paid my bill as usual, I asked one of the workers if he would please give me what my remaining balance was and he told me an amount more than what they had given me the last time, I asked why that balance was and interrupting, one of the workers the big one, said “we don’t give that information, you have to call” I don’t mind that he told me that, I was bothered by his lack of professionalism and his rude attitude in which he told me, I know that they give that type of information, that’s why it’s a “physical store” Besides, they have already given it to me on some occasions before, the very nice and attentive woman has always helped me and the other guy too, they do know how to do their job but this big man does not know how to give good customer service.
