The experience at Tower loans with Dana Thompson was great, she was very helpful, nice and took care of all my needs. I enjoyed the visit in the Fort Payne Tower loan office. I would give them a 10 out and 10. I was accepted fory loan and got more then expected. It fit my needs well. Thank you to the staff at Tower Loan. You lady’s are excellent.
Very Disrespectful people when the office girl called her boss while we were standing there & said I have a customer here to pay a loan off She brought a frigging check in for more than what is owed from frigging where I don’t know in front of us but it was yes sir no sir to her boss but actually lady I got your name we refinanced our home to pay these bills off I bet you have no idea what a freaking mortgage is or how much it cost a 65 yr old & we have to wait for a little check for 10 days or more for it These ppl need to honestly go back to school & get some education on how to treat customers these ppl are not well educated & probably have sad lives & do not like their jobs well I will be waiting calling or in person for my refund soon
Dana Thompson is the manager where we were and we really had a very easy time. She and all the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to.
This is my 5th loan. Always easy. Super fast and very nice!!! Never had a bad experience!!!
