Wonderful styles for big sizes. The staff is gorgeous and the store is nice and organized.
Reya, Stephanie, Nancy, and Shay were all extremely helpful. I received excellent assistance from Stephanie in the dressing room with making sure I had everything I needed. Nancy answered some of my questions and helped me at checkout and was extremely gregarious and kind. Reya answered my questions about products, giving her personal experience, and was extremely helpful in advising me on products that would suit my needs. I did not receive assistance from Shay, but I wanted to include her as she was being extremely attentive to the needs of another customer. Though I live an hour away, and closer to another store location, I enjoy coming to this store due to my previous experiences with Stephanie and Nancy. I will continue to choose this store over others due to these 2 women and Reya today
The sale person was GREAT, I havenāt bought a bra in three plus years and I thought my bra size was ??? and it was not, lol She made these girls stand UP, lol. Iām in a new smaller size, beautiful colors, beautiful braās. I was looking for Catherines and I found Torrid, so so so glad I did. I didnāt know my girls was laying down on the job, lol. NOT NO MORE!
I just called to see if an item was in stock and the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful. Both of the stores in fresno need to re-evaluate their employees. They all seem unhappy to be working for torrid as if assisting the customers is an inconvenience to them.
Bad customer service. People check your receipt at the time of walking out of this store, the cashier over charge me. I bought two bra and she charged me twice the same bra. When I told her that she charged me twice the bra she check the receipt and ask me for my shopping bag and she check the bag and the receipt and she said oh ok Iām gonna refunded you and Iām going to charge you the other bra because I didnāt charge for did other bra. I said I bought two bra and you charge me for a third bra, so what the heck are you talking about. She was still trying to charge me again for the bra it was already paid. Any ways she refunded back the money from the bra but at the end she got my bra out of the bag and keep it. I got home and when I was looking for my two bras there was only one bra. So this lady keep my bra in the store when it was paid she just needed to refund me the third bra she charged me. Cashier at this stores are so dumb. I call to the store mad and she just say oh Iām sorry it was a mistake, oh wow really a mistake that is not a mistake when I talked to her and explain her mistake. No going back to this store ever again.
