Great clothing store for the large woman. Their sizes start at 10 and go up to 30. Their clothes always fit so we’ll. Great employees ready to help too!!
I think the most refreshing thing about the store was that every employee had a great attitude. They were all willing to help with anything we needed when we visited. I always thought Torrid was strictly plus sizes, but they had a lot of M/L tops that I could choose from. Go see Melodi or Philonese. Or see anyone they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive.
Realistically you would think they would know their sizes but it seems if you’re ‘fat’ they know they have sizes, but I’d you don’t look it, they won’t help you even though you can find many items in their shop that fits, without their help.
Love the clothing, set up of the store, and the ladies that work here are AWESOME! Very friendly and very helpful.
The ladies working today (9/14) were so unbelievably kind and friendly.. to the point where I didn’t even know their store had already closed! They stayed open late because of me and they never held it over me, and still made the entire checkout process fun! I really appreciated the above and beyond service!!!
