My family and I were traveling for spring break and while driving had a problem with our tire. At the time we weren’t sure what it was but knew we couldn’t drive the 100 miles we had left to go until it was fixed. We had decided to find a hotel since it was close to 6pm and figured most repair centers would be closed. My husband spotted Tire Discounters and they looked open. We pulled in at 6:01, just after closing time. Joseph the manager spoke to my husband and without hesitation said let’s take a look. He identified the problem tire. Allen pulled the car into the bay to pull it off for a better look. Joseph looked up my tire and he didn’t have one in stock but could get one in the morning. More thank thankful for their time we were about to leave to find a hotel when Allen pulled up a suggestion on his phone. After comparing the tires we all agreed it was a great option and they put the new tire on. We were back on the road within 30min of pulling in. We made it safely to our destination and didn’t have to miss a whole day of vacation with a broken down car. The kindness and understanding and most of all thier willingness to work when they absolutely did not have to (as it was after closing) really spoke to the heart of our family. We were talking about how blessed we were to happen on that particular shop with those two gentlemen. Thank you Joseph and Allen. And thank you Tire Discounters for hiring good people who care about their job and the people they provide service to.

Blew a camper tire while traveling down I-65 in Athens. We called tire discounters and told them what size tire and that we needed a 10ply to replace our spare. When we arrived, the gentleman we spoke with had saved the information given over the phone and showed us what they had in stock. Took about 30min for them to put the new tire on and they offered to check the pressure in the rest of the camper tires for us! Great customer service and we would recommend them.
These guys use to be amazing. My wife recently took her car there and they told her that she had two weeks left on her breaks. Tried to charge her over a grand for repairs. I changed the breaks and they measured just under what the brand new pads did. This is disappointing to say the least. You guys use to be so great.
** editing my original five star review down to one star. I just got around to washing my car a couple of days after the new tires and found that every single rim has scratches completely around them and nicks that I know for a fact were not there before . I only hand wash my car so I know what my rims looked like before. Two of my tires had nails in them so I went ahead and replaced all four..
I was told to bring it in but the guy I talked to said multiple times nothing could have scratched them “we don’t use anything abrasive” .. If it was one I would not be upset. But it’s all four!
Needless to say I am NOT happy!
