1. Great experience. I placed a call this morning after reading great reviews, and they initially fit me in for a later appointment ‘same day’ but called again and was able to fit me in just a couple hours after the initial call. Kelly was amazing! A gem to the company. She took care of one electrical issue and consulted with me about another issue and took care of that too. Great with explaining the issue and worked well on timing. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone in need of their services.

2. Excellent work from these guys! Brandon came and installed a new hot water tank for us a couple weeks ago! He was incredibly knowledgeable and showed skill! We also had Brandon come back out this past week to do additional work for us regarding a drain pipe and once again his customer service and skill were remarkable! We are always very happy with the quality of his work! He always takes the time to make sure that the job is done correctly and quickly!

3. Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air & Electric is the company to call. The office staff is always courteous and they listen. Roger and Kelly came to my house three times to help me with problems I’m having with a new HVAC system put in by another company. They have always been on time. They have been courteous and very professional. They are very thorough and communicate well. If you need help with your plumbing, air or electric, call Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air & Electric. 4. 2 plumbing technicians came to install 2 faucets in our master bedroom. They did a very good job. When they were done, I went in there to checkout the work done and prepare for major cleaning, but to my surprise they not only install the 2 faucets but the cleaned the sinks real good. Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air & Electric always delivers and they are always very professional. No regrets being a club member. Thanks for your usual service.

5. Justin was great . He explained everything in detail, what he was going to check for , what to do if he found anything wrong and what we needed to do . He is very knowledgeable and experienced . We had a problem with our central unit , he came out on 3 separate occasions and worked until he found the problem. He told us what was wrong and went right to work to fix it. He is definitely an asset to Ferguson’s . Very friendly and extremely polite. A nice man .Told us to be sure and call if we had any more problems.
