1. It is with great gratitude that we write this acknowledgement of Thomas, our Realtor, who recently sold our home in three days in a slow coastal market. Thomas and his team created an amazing video with great music and visuals that really showed off the home. We knew what price we needed to get for the home and Thomas was confident that if it was marketed correctly it could be done. Thomas put his heart and passion into getting the house ready for market and three days later we had an offer at our price.

   We knew we were in good hands watching him take care of every detail. Thomas was professional at all times, listened to what we had to say and always remained calm. We would happily recommend Thomas as an excellent honest real estate agent.

2. Thomas sold our house for us in April 2015.
   We had a large, custom and eclectic home in the Dominican area of San Rafael. We had initially listed it with another agent June 2014, after about 5 months we had no offers. We felt our agent at that time, didn’t market our property very well.

   We decided to re-list our home in March 2015, and went looking for a new agent. Thomas sold our house above asking price in 3 weeks.
   Thomas handled everything including advertising, as well as staging etc…He worked well with everybody, and was respected by all the agents that viewed our house. We feel this was a critical part of our sale.

   His honesty, integrity, tenacity as well as his accessibility and reliability were remarkable. He said what he was going to do, and then he did what he said and with the utmost professionalism.

   It was an absolute pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Thomas. We would recommend his expertise and services to anyone whether you are a seller or a buyer.

3. Thomas is an exceptional agent, professional and knowledgeable. He never misses a step and is very easy to work with. He guided us on pricing the home quite competently, watching the market as the listing date approached. The house sold for just over the listing price and within the time frame he suggested it most likely would. He worked with our furniture and added in some items to stage the house giving it a nice open and stylish look, he knew exactly what he was doing. 4. When I found out I needed to relocate for work to Baltimore, I knew Thomas was the one to call. He was a force of nature – advising us on what we needed to do to get the home ready for market, coordinating workers and inspectors and helping us get the home photo ready. He also provided great insight into the market here and on pricing strategies. My husband and I were really happy with how the photography and video work came out, and felt the home had great exposure on social media and other non-traditional channels. Our home sold in 3 days with multiple offers for $45,000 over the asking price! He also helped negotiate a rent-back so we could live in the home until my daughters left for college. Thomas did an amazing job and we can recommend him without hesitation.

5. Thomas is one of the best real estate agents I have ever used. He found a home for me in San Rafael that was not on the market and helped me negotiate a compelling offer and a quick close. After I remodeled the home, I decided to sell it and once again Thomas worked his magic, selling the home it in less than a week for multiple offers. I could not have been happier and would recommend Thomas without hesitation. He is thorough, detail-oriented, and such a delight to work with!
