I purchased a refurbished Onkyo TX-NR5100 from The Wires Zone on their Amazon Store. I found out that this reseller is not an Onkyo Authorized Dealer when the unit failed. They had it sitting on their shelf for 6 months prior to my purchase. Onkyo Refurbished AVRs come with a 1 year warranty. 7 months have passed since I purchased the unit. I spoke with Onkyo Technical Support and they confirmed that the unit is defective after some troubleshooting and told me that the unit was out of warranty and that the reseller is not an Authorized Onkyo Dealer. I can pay to send it to an Authorized Onkyo Repair Center and have it repaired. I highly discourage purchasing from this company as after I contacted them and explained the problem they refused to resolve the warranty issue and now I have a brick AVR. Bad business!
These are excellent grill covers, although they are not metal, but plastic. Still, they serve the purpose.
They fit quite well and hopefully will stay “connected” for a long time. The one issue I have is it takes a lot of effort to get connector attached to the low voltage wire. I have found using a sharp object helps pierce the sheating.
