Went to exchange boots that were in perfect condition. Not even worn outside and was told they were âworn out.â And they do not sale âwornâ items. He was very loud and rude and made me out to be someone trying to do him wrong. We will never spend another penny in that store for anything let alone 400 dollars. Awful way to treat customers who have shopped there multiple times.
Enjoyed the service from the salesman on the floor. I went in because my work pays for me to get steel toe shoes. Unfortunately the guys that checked me out has the attitude that the individual does not pay for the shoes! Knowing that my company is paying for the shoes so I didnât understand why they had that attitude!
Bought two pairs of justin boots. Jokingly asked, Do I get a discount for buying two pairs of boots? Crosby, Stills and Nash, spoke up and said, âWe sell two pairs of boots everydayâ. Last business I ever did with The Wharf. Attitude can cost you a lot.
Do the letters GFY mean anything to you?
I took a pair of work boots back for exchange, after wearing them for one and half days.. The boots did not fit and were still in like new condition. I told the owner I needed to exchange for the correct size. He refused to exchange them , and he says the policy is no return once you left the store. The policy posted states returns with original sales receipt, which I presented to him. This is poor business practice
