My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary here and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the resort. The attention to detail in the suite was impeccable, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.
But the surprises didn’t stop there. The staff generously offered us extra perks that we didn’t even ask for, enhancing our experience with delightful amenities and thoughtful touches. Their genuine warmth and exceptional service made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated.
The resort itself is a paradise, with lush gardens, pristine pools, and a variety of activities to enjoy. We loved every moment of our stay, from the delicious dining options to the relaxing spa treatments.
We’re going to have an unplanned secondary vacation here next weekend because our experience was so delightful.

Stayed here for the Stagecoach festival. We had a wonderful time! Our rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly. During the day, the pool was so much fun. They had a DJ with free drinks and food set up sponsored by a company. After coming back after a long night, the bar was still open and we were able to order food, find a comfortable chair, and relax. Housekeeping was there everyday, making sure we had towels, and asked if we needed anything more. We will come back again!
Had such a great experience here. Super busy check in, but they had food, iced tea, lemonade and plenty of champagne to keep us occupied while we waited. Room was very spacious, and beds were probably the best hotel bed I have stayed in. Really great adult pool, Ernie was a great bartender. He was so nice and personable. Would love to come back sometime soon!
I am writing this public review after sharing my feedback privately with management to no avail. I stayed at The Westin Grand Mirage from June 26, 2024 to June 30, 2024. As a loyal client of Marriott, I was disappointed by the numerous issues I encountered, which significantly impacted my stay.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioner in my room was not functioning correctly. As you can imagine with temperature in excess of 110 degrees the room was extremely uncomfortable. Despite setting the thermostat to a comfortable temperature, the room remained unbearably warm. I reported the issue to the front desk, and a repair technician was sent to address the problem. However, the issue was not resolved and I had to endure an uncomfortable night.
The following day, another technician visited my room to attempt a second repair. Unfortunately, the air conditioner still did not work correctly, forcing me to contact the front desk again. After a considerable delay and much inconvenience, I was finally moved to another room. While the new room had a functioning air conditioner, the disruption and inconvenience of having to pack up and relocate was less than ideal.
This series of events was frustrating and disappointing. I had chosen The Westin Grand Mirage for its reputed comfort and service quality, but my experience did not meet these expectations. The inconvenience of dealing with a malfunctioning air conditioner, repeated repair attempts, and an eventual room change significantly impacted my stay.
Although the property is expansive, both the facilities and hotel rooms are dated and in disrepair. We had a torn tip sheet used on our bed, the outdoor hot tub was overflowing for hours, a broken air conditioner, an inoperable umbrella, etc.
I stayed in the hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms more specifically the shower could use some tlc. Shower curtain rod was rusty, the shower heads and hoses were leaky and no cold water would come out only hot. Bar and food were great. Golf course was beautiful and well maintained.
