First time in LA and I chose the perfect place to stay. Beautiful hotel with a great view from my room. Great hospitality and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and close to plenty of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing no microwave in the room and I had plenty of leftovers and no way of heating it up later. Other than that it was perfect
Recently stayed at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. The place immediately impresses with its unique architectural style – the massive cylindrical towers look very futuristic. My room was comfortable, with a stunning view of the city, especially from the higher floors.
The hotel has several restaurants, and one of them even rotates, offering a panoramic view of the city. I really enjoyed the pool and the gym. However, there are a few minor downsides – the hotel feels a bit dated in some areas, and the elevators can be confusing due to the unusual layout of the building.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you want to feel at the heart of the action in Los Angeles.
The room was very nice and the beds were very comfy, every night we came to a clean and nice room which I would like to thank the staff for. The location is practical. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast wasn’t the best but doesn’t ruin my experience
**Bonaventure Hotel Los Angeles Review**
Despite being known for its appearance in the movie *True Lies*, the Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles stands out for its exceptional service. Though it’s an older hotel, every penny spent is worth it. The restaurant service is absolutely amazing, and the front desk check-in is seamless. The rooms are spotless and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
In today’s world, finding such well-trained staff is a pleasant surprise. The front desk and restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, responding to any issues with kindness and efficiency. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning for another night.
We recently stayed at the Westin Hotel and our stay at the hotel was not too bad. We reserved a King Bed with a beautiful city view. The check in was quick and easy, but the yellow tower was out of service when we tried to go up to our room. Thankfully, the other towers are close and easily accessible to get up to your designated floor and to your room.
A short time after we got settled, there was a very intense acidic smell coming from the air vent. It completed dominated the air space in our room so we called the front desk and let them know what was happening. We were originally concerned it was a gas leak. They notified us that maintenance was being performed on our floor and they offered a quick alternative for another room of similar caliper. It was really awesome that the switch of our rooms was quick. One of the staff came up with new room keys and escorted us to one floor higher and to a room with an even better view.
Overall, it was a nice stay. It’s not the fanciest hotel but customer service is prompt and the bar service was a plus!
