Everything from the beginning to the end of our stay was amazing. Diana at the front desk was so helpful and made a great first impression. Matthew the security guard acknowledged us when we looked lost and guided us throughout the property. We dined at Valencia’s and it was delicious and a memorable one. The ambience is beautiful. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We finally found our go to getaway when visiting Disney. Definitely will be back soon!
The location is great if your trip is to Disney, it’s not overprice as other hotels. You can walk to Downtown Disney if you don’t want to deal with parking. Check in is easy and they give you vouchers for drinks and meals, you don’t get that everywhere. The hotel itself is nice but in my opinion needs better management, the building looks new, it should be treated with more care. They need to improve the cleaning on hallways. The rest of the premises were clean and the pool areas are great. The restaurant on the top of the hotel has an excellent ambiance. The customer service could be better at the coffee shop, definitely they don’t make you feel welcome ordering drinks. The friendliest personnel were the bartenders.
Awesome experience with this hotel over 4th July weekend. Rooftop view of Disneyland fireworks and pool. You can order food while delivering to you at the rooftop pool.
They offer $25 daily credit to spend in the Market Cafe and free drinks / day on happy hours at Valencia restaurant.
Room was roomy, clean and quiet.
It’s pretty close to Disneyland, easy transportation and free hotel shuttle around.
We spent 4 lovely nights here. For a family of 6 the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We were greeted by a very nice lady when we checked in who provided us with great information. The pool area was our favorite spot because it was spacious and had games for our kids to be entertained and a bar/restaurant for the adults. The restaurant is a bit pricey but absolutely delicious. If you book directly you get a $25 gift certificate to spend there which was really helpful.
Great hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. The shower was excellent and featured dual shower heads. One was a rainfall shower head. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was nice as well. The restaurant food was good. The roof top pool and whirlpool were very nice.
