The vineyard apartments is a very lovely place to live. Since the day I moved in. Everyone has been respectful nice kind on top of things and when I recently had a work order for my apartment they came in when they said they were gonna come on time service was like the next day. It was a great experience. It is a wonderful place to live. It is beautiful in every way and I absolutely absolutely love it here. Thank you.

I love living at the apartment here at the vineyards, the community is very well maintained, the apartments are beautiful, the rent is pricey, but you are generally paying for the location. The reason as to why I am giving them 3 stars is because they are ALWAYS understaffed. If you have a question or you need something they will get back to you in a couple days. That’s even IF they get back to you. Most of the time you have to keep reminding them of one simple task in order for them to get back to you otherwise they somehow give you the blind eye. One thing you’d expect when moving into a luxury building is having an attentive and well communicative management, which unfortunately, the vineyards lacks.
Staff always courteous and very helpful. Great place to stay. Close to everything. The apartments are modern, always clean with loads of facilities. Gym, mini golf, EV charging, swimming pool, jacuzzi, recreation hall with pool table, office and party hall to rent and use everyday. You won’t be disappointed.. Enjoy ur stay..
Maintenance that is on call and front office will not answer your calls for any issues. Been having garage issues for days and on call maintenance said my issue was an inconvenience to him. 0/10 I had to spam call to get 1 call back. I haven’t not been able to leave my house for days because I can’t get into the garage :/
