Extremely poor communication. Will not return calls or emails timely. They misrepresented their services. Charged me for it and didn’t deliver! They also made mistakes on filing what they did and ignored my requests for correction. They would not refund my money either and I had to file a claim against them! Save yourselves a headache and go to a more honest place.
I called ahead to ask if they do up front pricing and if I can book an appointment, the lady who answered the phone told me to just come in , I show up 20 mins later she told me they booked until the 22nd of April . Couldn’t figure out why she can’t tell me that on the phone before I show up or that they’re full and won’t take anymore clients .
Kim was amazing . I went to her for the first time to get my taxes done , I had several years to do. Lol
She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient , affordable . She made it very quick and easy. During these crazy times in our lives during this pandemic she is there for us to do a great efficient job and for the price and help everyone out , please send her all the business you can it’s the mom and pop businesses that we need to support during these times.
