  1. We stayed here for a weekend conference, and had the best time! From the moment we pulled up to the building, the staff was phenomenal! They were so kind, professional and attentive, and went above and beyond to give us a great time! The room was beautiful, and the cleaning staff was amazing- you could tell they took pride in their job with all the small details they left behind. Also this was such a great location! All in all, I highly recommend staying here for your trip to San Fran. I felt so pampered and cared for! Loved it!

  2. The St. Regis is a modern luxury hotel in downtown San Francisco. I had always wanted to try this property, and during a recent visit to SF I used my free night certificate worth 80K points (plus a few thousand of my own) to redeem as stay. The hotel definitely lives up to its luxury reputation, the staff are extremely polite and welcoming, the hotel is elegant but understanded, and there is a lot of attention to detail. Requests are answered quickly, and overall, I think this is my new favorite hotel to stay in the SF. I have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in SF many times, and while I like that property for its old-fashioned luxury feel, I prefer the rooms and the service at the St. Regis. My only complaint was that there was a weird noise coming out of the HVAC system at night, but I forgot to mention it to the front desk. Also, be sure to visit their lobby bar in the evening when they do the traditional St. Regis champagne ceremony (they also have themed nights, the evening I was there it was Cuban – with a live band). 5/5

  3. I will never stay here – why ??!
They have charged me US$ 250 for airport pick up car which I haven’t book it .
First day waited for 45 mi to be done in for breakfast and walked out with few guests due to under staff . No apologies for this .
Daniel at bell desk was very rude and has no idea how to talk with guests who has travelled 21 hours from Australia
Asst front officer manager Serra’s Yazici – he has no interest to help me and waive off $250which I haven’t used service and no interest to compensate my breakfast credit of $90which I couldn’t use due to long waiting for breakfast
I have explained to Mandip who F and B manager but he was helpless

Highly recommend not to stay here . I had feeling like staying in motel rather than 5 star . Waste of money.
I prefer hotel should take my comment seriously and do something

  4. Bad experience
Recently stayed , flew in from Australia .
We had quote from the to pick us up from Airport but we didn’t confirmed and accepted their price quote $250 .
    They have charged us .
First day breakfast- waited 45 minutes and still waiting . Few guests and us walked out without breakfast . We have credit of $90 which we didn’t have breakfast so they should have given credit to our bill but not applied.
Spoke with Daniel , Bell captain who was rude .
Spoke with Mandip who is food and beverage manager who was helpless .
Spoke with asst front office manager Sertac Yazici who has denied to reverse $250 pick up charges and not apologised for missing out breakfast and not giving us $90 our credit .
    Extremely bad experience

  5. What an amazing stay! Writing this review in the Uber ride back because the stay was that memorable. I travel a ton & this hotel by a landslide had the most professional and welcoming staff. Upon checking in the bellman greets you by name and walks you over to be checked in. My initial room was by the elevator & since I was presenting at a conference I wanted to be in more secluded location. I chatted with the front desk & 5 minutes later the director of operations (Alexander) came up personally to show me another room! This man needs to be promoted because he sure knows how to make a stay 5 stars. He was so kind, understanding & professional and moved my bags over to the new room, as well as running me up the new keys. Rooms are spacious with blackout curtains so you can sleep in!

Aside from the perks, the staff honestly goes above & beyond to make your day special. Will be returning for another stay next time I’m in SF!

    Small perks of the hotel:
    – slippers/robes
    – welcome chocolate & water
    – free shoe shine
