We had a great 5 day stay!
The club lounge staff was amazing and took great care of us!
Troy the bellman provided excellent customer service and can tell he takes pride in his job.
This ritz is way more kid friendly than others I’ve been to and we will definitely be back!
The pool bar food was great I wish it stayed open a little later as it was a good dinner option for kids.
The rooms are a bit dated and the pool could have been a little cleaner but we will definitely be back!
We had the best time this week at the Ritz Laguna. The service was amazing. From the front desk to the beach butlers, to pool service to room service and the club level lounge. All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Yes the rooms was a little bit dated but this location has been around a long time and it’s still maintained so well we didn’t have any issues. We will definitely be coming again soon. It was a nice staycation away from LA. We loved it!
Extremely disappointed. Booked through Amex travel. For the price point, I would have expected a little attention to detail and nicer rooms. Better service, friendliness, and amenities at a Marriott by a hotel. Don’t get me wrong, the views were amazing, but that does not make up for the cost of the room, lack of any attention to detail, extremely overpriced restaurants with less than mediocre service and food. Had fun since it was a nice staycation with friends (since baby was born) but wouldn’t even consider paying half the price….sadly the “Ritz” name could be a motel. Overall disappointed.
I’ve been to quite a few Ritz Carlton spas. The property in Laguna Niguel had a five-star service from the beginning. Leslie. part of the executive team escorted me directly to the spa when I inquired where it was. I didn’t have to request her service, she simply did it without hesitation and had an amazing rapport.
Once I was in the spa, Ryan at the spa desk checked me in and showed me the facilities and explained everything thoroughly. My treatment was great, the only complaint is I should’ve booked a longer service. Upon checking out I had asked about local restaurants and hikes and Ryan gave legit suggestions that I can’t wait to check out. At the end I was surprised with a gift and a card from the team congratulating me on my move to the area and a warm welcome. Above and beyond!
We stayed in the club lounge and was great. The staff were so friendly, happy and cheerful even at 6 am. We were taken care of really well by everyone but one person that stood out the most was Yolina. He was so attentive and welcoming.
The food in the club area was great too. It exceeded our expectations.
Really a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend it.
