My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were super clean. They made us feel like we were at home. The second night we were there our air went out. I called the front desk and they sent someone up immediately. The greeter at the door name Scott was amazing as well. He was so sweet and generous and showed us around the resort. The view was breathtaking as we walked in the room. We will definitely be back again!
Checked in on Monday 9/16/24 to room 403. A/C seemed not to be working called front desk and they sent engineering. They turned it on only for it to shut off again. This happened until Wednesday when I couldnât take it anymore. They had already come out 3 times, I called the front desk at 9 pm to see when the manager comes in. I spoke with him the following morning and he switched us to room 421. The A/C was working. He comped a day of our stay. Friday after coming back from the pool our A/C was off again. Called front desk they sent engineering again. He said thermostat was broke and would be back to fix it. He never showed up. I went to front desk to speak with a different manager who said since I booked our stay through booking.com I would need to contact them. I have. Would never expect this type of customer service for the prices we are paying. Worst service ever. By the way Iâm a manager at a Mercedes Benz dealership, where we take care of our customers whether our problem or not. Customer service should be number one.
This hotel was great for a large group! We had a balcony room, which was wonderful to sit outside and listen to the waves.
The pool is nice (does need an outdoor shower, the water is grimy in the afternoonâŠ). Outdoor bar and food is very good.
Beach access is superb. The walkway doesnât get too hot in the sun, so you can walk with bare feet if needed.
The location was great, but thatâs about it. We didnât receive housekeeping service at all during our 5-day stay. We only got fresh towels and no actual cleaning was done. There was so much sand in my room that it was ankle deep. Itâs not a great environment for kids, although the pool was decent. Overall, considering the price we paid, it was not worth it.
The hotel was beautiful and the location was amazing! Stayed an extra two days because it was so nice. The food was delicious in the main restaurant and everyone was so friendly! Definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
