You could stay elsewhere in Beverly Hills, but the service and comfort offered at The Peninsula will be hard to beat. Every interaction I had with staff was a pleasant one and it’s obvious how the hotel invests in training and support for staff. I’m tempted to write several paragraphs about how fantastic the guest laundry service is – absolute pros.

The. Best. Hotel. Ever. Those four words are what I think about when it comes to The Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel. The best location, Beverly Hills, the best service, always open to call front desk 24/7, even one of my favorite restaurants on the rooftop! This hotel is literally one I would dream of in a paradise. Whoever runs this place, props to you!
The ambiance and service were top-notch, making it a truly classy experience. The selection of coffee and treats was just delightful, perfect for a luxurious night indulgence. It’s definitely worth sharing about on social media!
I was at the pool Sunday all day and it was the absolute best service I’ve had in years. I compared it to Las Ventanas in Cabo that comes with a butler lol. That’s how great the service was. I was greeted by Ben who was so attentive and had the best energy ever. My water glass was always full, he asked if I needed anything every time he saw me. I simply adored him. Andrew took over when he was off and Andrew was just as wonderful. It’s so refreshing to have people like that these days. The older fellow Jose delivered my food and was so warm and kind. I was really blown away by how attentive everyone was. Later I was greeted by Leonardo and he too was so on top of it. I just couldn’t believe how incredible the service was all and all. Last but not least the valet team was also wonderful. I was wished a goodnight by BJ and Freddie who were so kind. Thank you for an incredible stay!
Everything about this hotel exudes class and exceptional service! Staff is wonderful, and the welcome we received in our room upon our arrival was extraordinary! They knew we were celebrating an anniversary, so they prepared Champagne, Chocolate covered strawberries, and personalized monogrammed pillowcases to celebrate and take home!! WOW!!
