  1. The location was good. Everything is within minutes. The grounds are nice. Our house was adequate. Nothing stood out as amazing . There were some things that couldā€™ve improved our stay like ceiling fans since the thermostat is not to go below 72. Beds needed to be more comfortable, and having spices and condiments in the kitchen would help. Also update the TVs.

  2. Great place, nice staff and convenient. They have a pool behind each pod of units which made it so nice. The clubhouse was great with activities for kids and adults. Restaurants are close and the units have all thatā€™s needed except shampoo and conditioner or lotion. Beds were comfortable and roomy. Plenty of windows for lighting. Over all, itā€™s a great vacation spot.

  3. Visited here with a timeshare system. Check in was a breeze. Our unit (and I think it was implied that most units) had two bicycles you can use to get around with. To use them or the on-site gym you have to sign a waiver. Not a big deal, just know you will get asked to sign a waiver to use either.

The room was really half of a duplex. Our room was a two-bedroom but really was three because it had a small room that had folding doors with a Murphy bed.

Itā€™s Palm Springs and hot most of the year. Thereā€™s no such thing as truly cold tap water. I feel like the coolest water I got out of our taps (sinks or showers) was at least 80 degrees. No cool showers after a game of tennis or pickleball.

We also had ants crawling all over the vanity in one bathroom. Would have called the front desk but they already had a sign posted in the bathroom stating they are aware of the ā€œbug problem and are actively working to reduce their numbersā€. It was bad enough we chose to not leave any items on the vanity. That helped but they were still around. We also started noticing them in other areas of our unit.

The location is on the far side of town from the interstate so there are limited restaurants nearby.

They have many pools and hot tubs on site but they are only open 8 AM to 10 PM. So no early morning swims or relaxing late in the evening when itā€™s finally cooling off. We heard people in the closest pool from our unit well past midnight one night we were there and the next night we were told to get out by an employee at 9:45 PM. So, rule enforcement seems hit and miss.

  4. I canā€™t stress enough how amazing the front desk is. The customer service was beyond amazing. I hope management sees this because they are that good. No issues the entire 4 days we stayed, plenty of pools and had a blessed time with the family. 100% would stay again

  5. In general the grounds and units are kept up nicely. The staff are friendly The property is fairly close to downtown. When we arrived in May. Itā€™s was between 90-97 degrees outside and the pools were almost 90 degrees so they feel like bath water. I called to enquirer about why and they told me that the pools are heated until itā€™s warm enough for the sun to heat them. I guess 97 degrees isnā€™t warm enough out side. Very disappointing. I try to get my hiking , golf and bike riding done by 12:00pm and then go enjoy the pool to cool off. That ainā€™t happening. Isnā€™t a nice pool at a resort something to expect. Would not stay here again. Itā€™s not that special.
