1. I have had nothing but an amazing experience this apartment is everything I could have ever dreamed of having and being able to give my son we live across the playground and pool. Our apartment is immaculate. It’s close to wonderful schools and we just could not be happier. Work orders get done within 24 hours. Staff has been so welcoming helpful kind polite respectful and just so great! The gym is so cool has a bit of everything. People are so nice here. We are so happy. Moving process was so easy! Thank you equity residential. We are so blessed to have found you!

2. As one reviewer has said, it is bitter sweet living here.

   Two weeks to get my oven looked at to order parts, still waiting. My car was stuck in the garage, I called emergency maintenance after waiting all day, he didn’t have the right key to get in my garage and said someone will come tomorrow morning. Did not happen. Received a call mid day asking if someone ever took care of it?? SMH.

   The office never and when I say never, I mean Never picks up the phone. I stood in front of the office when they had not one person in there to see if they’d pick up. Nope! I literally have to go in the office or nothing gets done. They say they will email or call you. (4) occasions they never did and I can name names. They’re closed on Monday’s. Now my washer is broke down and it’s not considering an emergency and because it’s a closed day, not going to be addressed until a business day. So, now I’m going on day two and I don’t know how many days I will be without a washer.

   Trash Valet doesn’t come unless you use the App and say you forgot to put it out, even though you didn’t. You’re forced to have it. Parking is nonexistent in the evening if you don’t have a garage or assigned canopy spot, which I’m finding out people are just parking in peoples canopy spots. The street parking is also over crowded!

   Crazy part is this is not all of it, this is just more recent.

   The property is kept clean, neighborhood is pretty quiet, and maintenance techs are nice when they finally make it to you! Bill in Maintenance is really an awesome maintenance person, I love when he’s assigned to my orders. He goes out of his way to help you and apologies for delays!

   I’ve hit a year here and definitely will not be renewing again.

3. Bill to the rescue!!!! AGAIN!! 19 days ago I put in several requests to repair our smoke detectors. Bill called, asked if we ever got help and then immediately came over to fix the issue! Bill is always kind and courteous! I highly recommend him!

4. I had a few request that i needed to get done around my home that being my blinds fixed, getting my smart rent home device hooked up, fixing the door hinge and fixing cupboards and faucets . Lorn from maintenance come by and took care of my requests and also helped take care of a black widow on the stairs last minute. He worked quick and was friendly thank you

5. My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon and Angel was by later that evening to fix it. He was very professional and considerate as he fixed the problem! He was also very nice to my pets and openly communicated time frames and what he was doing. He represented the type of excellent service I have come to expect from the maintenance team at The Oaks.
