1. Jenn Wilder did an amazing job when we purchased our home so of course we contacted her again when it was time to sell.

   Jenn made the process so easy and was very knowledgeable about the current market conditions and pricing. Selling a home can be stressful but Jenn answered all of our questions in a timely manner, was in constant contact with us, kept us informed and put us at ease. We had over 20 showings the first weekend with multiple offers and a solid contract within the week. We closed on time and without any issues.

2. Jenn Wilder at the Neal Weichel Group is an exceptional woman who provides an exceptional service. Without Jenn Wilder working with us to attain our dream home, I don’t think we would have had the outcome that we did. She is an experienced, professional and knowledgeable real estate agent that was there for us at every step of the way (even though I know we were not her only clients). Whether it was 7am or 8pm she was responsive and available. She was able to give us guidance as to the dynamics of certain communities as we navigated the different areas in the San Fernando valley and Santa Clarita valley that we were not familiar with. In addition, Jenn is very sharp. She is able to read people and situations which is invaluable in a real estate transaction. Jenn was able to get ahead of tactics from the sellers agent when it came to our counter offer and was able to to help us navigate that without us putting all our money on the table. Without her, we either would have not secured such a wonderful home, or would have been taken advantage of. I can not speak highly enough of her. 3. Jenn Wilder is the best buyer’s agent I have ever known. This was the second property we bought in the last 3 years with Jenn’s help. This time, there were many issues with the seller, the seller’s agent, the HOA, and our lender. Each issue felt like hitting a brick wall, but Jenn kept finding ways around, over, under, and through all of those huge problems, she is really amazing. She did many things up front to protect our interests that turned out to be critical for us in the long run. Her experience, integrity, and ability are obvious within just a few minutes of talking with her. Her whole team at The Neal Weichel Group made the impossible happen for us and we are very grateful.

4. Neal and his team are simply the best in the valley.
   Whether your sale/purchase is large or small, Neal gives you personal treatment and will guide you through the process flawlessly. We bought our first home in 2016 and sold it in 2024. Neal, Lauren, Lindsay and Chad are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide the highest quality of service and are connected with the SCV network in a way that you only can be after 30+ years of being the #1 agent in SCV. 5. Jenn was the best realtor that I have ever had! She had and still has been helping me the past few months. Her hard work helped us (me and Matthew) to find our dream home and sell our home, and we couldn’t be more grateful or excited about this milestone. Her marketing strategies, negotiation skills, and attention to detail made the process easy and lucrative for us, and we couldn’t be happier we chose her to list our property.
