Purchased an outfit online over a month ago. Never got an update from them. I reached out through Instagram, which they did respond to let me know they would check. A few hours later I got a refund back with no explanation. I reached out to ask what happened. They opened the message, but never responded. I was looking forward to purchasing more items but after the bad experience, I’ll pass. Very disappointing customer service.
Beautiful store and clothing. The gifts and decorative items are so unique and trendy but timeless! The most fun store to shop in.. you just feel pretty and special when you’re there. The staff are very friendly and attentive! Shop at The Mix, you will not be disappointed!
I have been in touch with them for months about a pair of shoes. A staff member has promised to ship me the shoes or call me about other sizes in stock, but has never followed through. Disappointing because they have cute stuff, just bad customer service.

Purchase was never fulfilled and store never got in contact to explain why (I tried emails & Instagram DMs.) When my order was cancelled the item remained in stock online (and they raised the price.) Unethical business practice.
