I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff are bias. They called security on me after I was late checking out. 2 credit cards missing and my Tom Ford underwear magically disappeared. I called security and he says I was being combative. What a joke. Keep in mind that I lived at this hotel for 3 years before they changed management and the girl who initially came to my door knew who I was. If you are in BH stay at the Waldorf Astoria not this dump. This is Motel 6 treatment.
My recent stay from Fri, Sept 6 thru Mon, Sept 9th was nothing short of fantastic & fabulous. The hotel was recently renovated, and the decor reflects that. Everything from the service to the food to the location is second to none. I request a bidet attachment in any hotel I stay in, with most not being able to accommodate – my toilet was all set up and ready for me when I checked in. The room was quiet – I stayed in 459 with a view of the terrace below – I hardly ever heard my neighbors. The sinks back up rather quickly, old pipes and all, but the shower head is ridiculously powerful. In fact, that would be my *only* complaint: the shower head is too high up and stiff for us short people to be able to move it around. I made do, but it was slightly inconvenient.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Quiet location with lots to do within a short walk. Great service. Room was spacious and clean. Afternoon/evenings at the rooftop pool were great. Poolside food is available from Dante.
Beautiful hotel I usually go outside to enjoy a nice brunch or late lunch as they say…… great place for people watching Big Courtyard between the two properties or many people are walking around with their dogs or with their families it’s a great place to just relax while dining al fresco.
I had a very bad experience at Dante restaurant on top floor of this hotel.
They d’ont have any pre book table for their guests as they d’ont have same management which is very bad for that hotel category.
I would like to have a diner with my wife and they d’ont even give us access to the bar to wait because they have too much people from outside. The person who receive us was laughin at me and purpose me a table 2 hours after I arrive !!
Unbelievable bad to be treated this way …
